Ingredients:
7 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 limes, juiced
kosher salt, to taste
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, onion, and cilantro and add to serving bowl. Add lime juice and salt and mix. Refrigerate so flavors marry and pico becomes juicy. Serve and enjoy!
